Brew Tours: Frequently Asked Questions

  1. After I make my online reservation, what happens next?

    We will mail you a welcome packet complete with our Tour Brochure, name tags with all of your participants, brewery drink tickets, and a custom map of your scheduled tour. We do not call to confirm prior to your tour date, but you are always welcome to call our office with any questions or concerns you may have.

  2. What is your cancellation policy?

    Life happens, so in the event you might need to reschedule there is no fee. If you need to cancel your reservation completely, there is a 20% cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs. (and the cost of all the free beer certificates that will still remain in your possession.)

  3. Can we make changes to our existing reservation?

    You may add or delete the number of participants by calling our office between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm Mon-Sat and closed on all major holidays. There is no fee for this, but we may be limited on space. The sooner we are notified of the change, the better.

  4. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

    Our menu is designed to accommodate many dietary restrictions. For specific concerns, please email us with your dietary restrictions and we may be able to customize your sampling menu.

  5. What if weather conditions are unsafe for travel?

    We may occasionally cancel a tour during severe snow storms. Our limousines are all 4 wheel drive Ford Excursions and are very safe to ride in inclement weather. You will receive a full refund for any tours that are cancelled for this reasons.

  6. Is there any kind of guarantee associated with my tour?

    Yes. You have several choices when considering which tour company to book for your brewery tour event. At the conclusion of each tour, you may be asked to rate your experience on Google or Yelp to allow other potential customers to share in your experience. We would rather issue you a full refund if you are unsatisfied, than have you leave us a negative review. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience with us, and we are unable to correct the issue, you will receive a full refund. The motto we live by, is IF WE DON’T TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER, THEN SOMEBODY ELSE WILL. Please consider this when you are checking out our competitors, and understand that you are leaving nothing to chance when you book with Luxury Limo Brewery Tours.

  7. What if I want to pay by check instead of a credit card?

    If you are a small business and do not have a credit card account, we are happy to take your check if it is no less than 10 business days before your scheduled tour. Just click on the “PAY BY CHECK” link in the shopping cart menu and you will be able to print out the reservation form. You may mail it to our office listed on the contact page address and we will send you the welcome packet as soon as we have verification that your check has cleared the bank.

  8. What if I need to leave the tour before its completion?

    We understand that situations do arise unexpectedly. We are not able to give refunds for unused portions of the tours due to the nature of the fixed operational expenses. However, we are happy to discuss alternatives on a case by case basis. Please ask to speak with your Brewery Tour Host should the need arise.
